Liverpool Shopping Center Reopens After Bomb Threat

Liverpool, England - The Liverpool Shopping Center has reopened after being evacuated due to a bomb threat.

The threat was received by police at around 11:30am on Thursday, August 11, 2022. The center was evacuated and a search was conducted by police and bomb disposal experts.

No suspicious devices were found and the center was deemed safe to reopen at around 1:30pm.

The incident caused disruption to shoppers and businesses in the area, but there were no reports of any injuries.

The police are investigating the incident and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
